Location: Off Campus Location - Hagerman

Pay Range: $57,000 - $63,000

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Position Summary:

Develop a nationally recognized research program focusing on fish nutrition that contributes to the research mission of the Aquaculture Research Institute. The successful candidate is expected to be a leader in research activities, contributing significantly to overall UI research efforts.

The successful candidate must develop sufficient external funding to support salary and research efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

An earned doctorate with a dissertation in fish nutrition is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postdoctoral research experience in fish nutrition is desirable.

Experience in application of genomic techniques as applied to fish nutritional research is highly desirable.

A strong record of high-impact research in fish nutrition evidenced by the candidates publication record and success in receiving research funding is highly desirable.

The position is intended to be interdisciplinary. Therefore, cross-discipline research experience is a plus.
