An instructor position in the Department of Food Science, College of Food and Agriculture starting Spring 2019. The focus of this position is in carrying out lab sessions in the area of Food chemistry and analysis but a wider expertise in food science discipline is desirable. Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level.
