The Agricultural and Extension Education department within the college of Agricultural, Consumer & Environmental Sciences at New Mexico State University is seeking to fill an Assistant Professor of Agricultural Communications. This is a 9 month, tenure track position. A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in agricultural communications, agricultural education, journalism, scientific communications, mass communications, or closely related discipline is required. The successful candidate will have a teaching and scholarship responsibility within the discipline of agricultural communications, with teaching and advisement of both undergraduate and graduate students and will team with the department's other faculty to complete the scholarship and engagement activities of the department.
