Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunity in Soil Science 2025

 

Topic: Space-temporal mapping of soil organic carbon for Brazil;

Location: Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture, Department of Soil Science, Research Group on Geotechnologies in Soil Science (GeoCiS), Piracicaba, São Paulo;

Dedication: Exclusive full-time commitment (40 hours per week);

Funding: FAPESP 2021/10573-4;

Duration: 24 months;

Requirements: PhD in Soil Science, Agronomy, Environmental Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering or related fields obtained in the last seven years;

Skills: Proficiency in the programming languages ​​R, Python, GEE (JavaScript), and in the areas of soil science, soil organic carbon, data analysis, geoprocessing, spectral sensing and related fields;

Documentation: Curriculum Vitae (Lattes format) and two letters of reference sent by the referee directly to jamdemat@usp.br
