Dr. Quansheng Chen is currently a full professor of School of Food and Biological Engineering, Jiangsu University PR China. He earned a M.Sc. from Anhui Agricultural University PR China and a Ph.D. from Jiangsu University PR China. His current research interests focus on 1) Fast & nondestructive sensing food quality and safety, 2) Real-time quality monitoring food processing, 3) Bio-imaging/biosensors for food safety, and 4) Near infrared spectral/ Raman spectral analysis. In 2008 he received the 2nd Prize of National Award of Technological Invention of China, and he received the ProSPER.Net-Scopus Award for Asia-Pacific Young Scientist in 2011. To be eligible to apply for this Fellowship applicants must meet the following criteria:
Candidates generally not exceeding 35 years old.
Candidates should have their PhD at the time of taking up the appointment (within 3 years) and are expected to have a proven record of research accomplishments,.
Candidates should have excellent academic qualifications, good writing and communication skills, team working spirit, strong responsibility.
Candidates with prior experience with Food Safety, Chemical, Nanotechnology, Bio-materials, Biosensors, Optical imaging, Cell Biology or related field.

If the ranks is 1~100, your salary is 300,000~400,000 RMB/year; if the ranks is 101~300, your salary is 250,000~300,000 RMB/year; if the ranks is 300~, your salary is 150,000~200,000 RMB/year.
