Expertise: The area of nutritional immunology. The main goal is to study the relationship between nutritional malpractices and immune responses and their contribution in development of production diseases in ruminants. Cattle economics dictates that highly fermentable rations be fed to ruminants leaving them constantly on the edge of many nutrition related diseases.
