  • Our laboratory combines sensory evaluation with analytical chemistry techniques to identify and describes changes in foods and wines. As the importance of sensory properties to food/beverage acceptance and enjoyment is critical, we look at all sensory dimensions of foods and beverages, including aromas, flavors, tastes, texture and sound. For each of these sensory properties we then apply the appropriate analytical chemistry techniques for meaningful measurements and quantification
