Expertise: Quality evaluations of cereal grains, feed manufacturing, nutrition, wheat quality, and milling and wheat quality evaluations. During the past 3 years, areas of specialization has included Hard Red Winter wheat quality and quality survey of the HRW region. Work also includes uses of the Single Kernel Wheat Characterization System in evaluation of wheat quality for milling performance
